To restore your wallet first tap on the rightmost icon on your navigation tab bar to go to Settings. There, tap on Reset Wallet. After confirming your PIN and the Privacy Policy screen you will have two options to continue with your TronWallet experience: Create or Restore a wallet. To restore one, tap on the Restore Wallet button.

You have to provide the 12-word mnemonic you were given when you first created your account. If you do so successfully you will be notified and redirected to the main screen where you will be able to resume your activities within the app using your restored wallet.
To restore additional accounts that you have use the + sign in the upper right corner.
